PSNY Salon Series: CAConrad’s Listen to the Golden Boomerang Return

March 21 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The Poetry Society of New York’s quarterly Salon Series aims to create a sanctuary where writers and literature lovers can meet, mingle, think, feel, indulge, discuss, listen, learn, and live life to its fullest! Each Salon serves as a celebration of an esteemed poet’s new release, consisting of a 20-30 minute reading followed by a Q&A and a book signing, with a complimentary open bar throughout. It’s a ticketed event that’s free (with suggested donations) and open to the public. Previous Salons have celebrated the launch of Jericho Brown’s The Tradition, Ariana Reines’ A Sand Book, and Dottie Lasky’s The Shining. Our Salons take place at Industrious in Manhattan.

Doors open at 6pm. Readings begin at 7pm. Cocktail attire is encouraged but not required.

This event’s featured reader is CAConrad, whose latest poetry collection, Listen to the Golden Boomerang Return, is to be released by Wave Books in 2024. Copies of Listen to the Golden Boomerang Return purchased via this Eventbrite will be available for pickup at check-in. A limited number of copies will also be available for purchase at the Salon. Admission to this event is free and open to the public, though donations are kindly suggested.
