Kathleen Crown is Director of Studies at Mathey College, one of Princeton’s six residential colleges.  Her research focuses on poetry, politics, feminism, and performance, and she taught a spring 2010 seminar at Princeton on “Poetry and the Public Sphere.” Her poems, reviews, and critical writing have been published or are forthcoming in Callaloo, Contemporary Literature, Poetics Today, American Letters & Commentary, Calyx, and other magazines and anthologies.  She completed an MFA at Louisiana State University where she assisted with the editing of Exquisite Corpse.  She also edited a special issue of Women’s Studies on “American Women Poets and the Long Poem.”
